Philosophy
Three years of philosophy at the University of Groningen, nine months of them in Spain. The faculty is strong in analytic philosophy: take arguments apart, clarify terms, believe nothing on its own. That is still my toolbox today – reading documentation as much as talking with an eight-year-old.
Education
I have always had a way with children. As a teacher’s assistant and as a youth coach at FC Töss and SC Hegi I am with them every week. My approach: joy first, clear structure, every kid plays.
Gastronomy
Years in service, kitchen and bar kept me grounded. Today Bernard Gerber and I run our own company: de Luc’s Büx, the crêpe wagon.
IT
Computers have fascinated me since I wanted to understand what they do to our everyday life. I self-host almost everything – photos, documents, cloud, websites – and build apps with Svelte and SvelteKit. Privacy is not an add-on for me, it is the starting point.
Where to
For me these four things belong together. I want to keep learning, keep an eye on the IT market, and stay engaged in education – for those who cannot keep up with the pace and are looking for support.
